Device for measuring linear density of fibrous product
专利摘要:
A device for obtaining a control signal corresponding to the density of the fibre covering lying on a fibre carrying element such as the cylinder, the licker-in, the take-off roller, or the doffer of a card. The device includes a holder which extends over the width of the fibre carrying element to span the width of the fibre covering on the fibre carrying element. This holder contains means responsive to the density of the fibre covering which produces electric output signals corresponding to the density of the fibre covering.
The invention relates to the textile industry, more specifically to devices for measuring the linear density of a fibrous product. A device for measuring the linear density of a fiber product, preferably for a carding machine, comprising a linear density photoelectric sensor, a voltage source and a recorder 1 is known. The main disadvantage of the known device is the low measurement accuracy. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. The goal is achieved by the fact that the known device containing the photoelectric sensor of the fiber's linear density, the voltage source and the register, has a switch, and the photoelectric sensor of the linear density of the fibrous material consists of a set of radiation sources and light receivers, and two translucent plates located perpendicular to the direction of movement of the controlled product and having a total length not less than the length of the fiber-feed drum of the Jcapcgeal machine, while the source. Radiation detectors and light detectors are installed along the length of both translucent plates, the outputs of all of the light detectors are combined and connected to the recorder, the voltage source is connected to a switch, the first output of which is connected to radiation sources installed on the first translucent plate, and the second output - to sources radiation mounted on the second translucent plate. T In addition, the BOKpyir of each light of the receiver contains several radiation sources. FIG. 1 shows a diagram of a carding machine with a HfcjM installed on it with a device for measuring the NIN of the linear density of the fibrous product; in fig. 2 - block diagrams of the device; in fig. 3 and 4 - variants of the constructive implementation of the device; Fig. 5 is a variation of the arrangement of the translucent plates of the device. The carding machine consists of a drum 1, a take-up roller 2, a bowl 3, a removable drum 4, and removable rollers 5. Before the Express 2, a feed shaft b is installed, the supply of fibrous product 7 to the roller 2. Behind the rollers 5 there are outlet rollers 8, sealing a ribbon 9 extending from the measuring funnel 10. A linear density photoelectric sensor 11 is installed between the caps 3 and the removable drum 4 and is connected via a switch 12 to the rotor 13 to a voltage source 14. The output of the sensor 11 is connected to the first input of the amplifier 15, the second input of which is connected to the output of the measuring funnel 10, and the output of the amplifier is connected to the recorder (not shown). The photoelectric sensor 11 includes a translucent element 16, consisting of two translucent plates 17 and 18 located perpendicular to the direction of movement of the fibrous product and having a total length not less than the length of drum 1.,. Types 17 and 18 are mounted on bracket 19 and have radiation sources 20 and light-receivers 21, while the sources 20 mounted on plate 17 are connected to one output of switch 12, and sources 20 mounted on plate 18 to another output of switch 12 The rotor 13 of which is connected to the source 14. The outputs of the light-receivers 21 are combined and connected to the input of the amplifier 15. The sources 20 and the light-receivers 21 can be arranged in series along the length of the plates 17 and 18 (Fig. 3) or so that each light-receiver 21 is carried The number of radiation sources 20 (Fig. 4). The bracket 19 may be made of two parts 22 and 23 mounted so that they can move relative to each other (Fig. 5). The device works as follows. The fibrous product 7 is fed to the surface of the drum 1 by means of the feed shaft 6 and roller 2. At the location of the sensor 11, the linear density of the fibrous product (batting) is measured. Switch 12 alternately applies voltage Ug from source 14to to radiation sources 20 mounted on plate 17, then sources 20 mounted on plate 18. The signal U of the light-receivers 21 proportional to the value of the linear DENSITY of the product located on the drum 1 at the measurement site the first input of the amplifier 15. The second input of the amplifier 15 receives the reference signal & l, as which either the output signal C of the measuring funnel 10 or the signal Un from the light-receiving devices 21 located on the edges plates 18 and 17. In the latter case, the value of the UR reference signal determined by the reflective properties of the surface of the drum 1, since there is no fibrous material on its edges. The error signal of the ultrasonic signal is equal, the algebraic sum of the signals of the photoelectric sensor 11 and the reference signal, having passed through the amplifier 15, enters a recorder (not shown). The installation location of sensor 11 is determined by the design features. the carding machine, depending on which sensor 11 can be mounted either on the roller 2, or between the roller 2 and the heads 3, or on the removable drum 4. The main advantage of the proposed device over the known is to obtain information about the linear density of the fibrous product across its entire width. but 22 / / J /
